INMAA — The Model Factory (L'Usine Modèle)

INMAA (L'Usine Modèle) is a Maroc PME model factory initiative established in 2011 and positioned as Africa's first model factory, with long-standing implementation through a 6-month programme format. The programme combines classroom modules with on-site implementation and expert follow-up. It co-finances 80% of participant costs for eligible SMEs in industrial sectors or industry-related services with annual turnover between 10 and 200 MDH. Applications run continuously in a multiple-per-year model via the JISR portal. INMAA is a public-private partnership with a practical lean manufacturing mandate, making it most suitable for operational teams seeking measurable process-optimization and productivity gains within a bounded SME scale window.
