PACT Decarbonation/Water (PACT'DÉCARBONATION/EAU)
Supports PACT'DÉCARBONATION / EAU, funding energy and water efficiency upgrades to strengthen decarbonation and compliance readiness in Morocco.
PACT'DÉCARBONATION / EAU sits under Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME (Maroc PME) as the green-transition route in the PACTE TPME suite. It supports Moroccan TPMEs that need to cut energy and water intensity, strengthen environmental compliance, and prepare industrial sites for decarbonation pressure in Morocco. The grant co-finances up to 80 percent of eligible costs, capped at MAD 1 million, on a rolling basis. Eligible work includes energy and water diagnostics, digital monitoring systems, environmental management certifications, waste recycling, carbon-footprint assessments, and decarbonation plans. The same baseline applies: for-profit TPMEs operating in Morocco with annual turnover up to MAD 200 million. The program is best suited to firms with a measurable resource problem and a project that can be implemented quickly enough to show savings. It also fits companies facing energy audits, water stress, or customer pressure on emissions reporting. Applicants that can connect the intervention to operating efficiency, compliance, and a clear environmental outcome will have the cleanest fit.
Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
