PACT'PERFORMANCE

PACT'PERFORMANCE sits under Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME (Maroc PME) as one of the core PACTE TPME devices for Moroccan TPMEs. It supports businesses that are moving from initial investment into consolidation and expansion, and it is capped at MAD 1 million per beneficiary on a rolling basis. The grant co-finances up to 80 percent of eligible costs for transformation work that can include operational efficiency, digital transformation 4.0, AI integration, and other investment projects tied to productivity. The same umbrella also includes quality, decarbonation, scale-up, restructuring, and transmission routes, which places this program in a broader toolkit rather than a narrow sector call. It fits companies that already have a practical change agenda and need support to implement it, not teams looking for early research funding. The strongest cases will show a clear productivity or modernization problem, a credible execution plan, and a reason the intervention will help the company move further along its growth path in Morocco.
