PACT'QUALITÉ

PACT'QUALITÉ sits under Agence Nationale pour la Promotion de la PME (Maroc PME) as the certification and labelling route in the PACTE TPME suite. It is aimed at Moroccan TPMEs that need to align products or management systems with the standards demanded by target markets, and it stays within the broader mandate to strengthen competitiveness and market access. The program is a grant, capped at MAD 400,000, and it co-finances up to 80 percent of costs tied to quality diagnosis, compliance work, staff training, blank audit simulation, and follow-up after certification. Intake is rolling, the operations are Morocco-based, and the eligibility frame is limited to for-profit TPMEs with annual turnover up to MAD 200 million. This route is strongest where certification is not cosmetic but commercially necessary. A company that can show a concrete gap, a clear standard to reach, and a realistic plan for implementation and renewal is the best fit. The program is built for firms that need a disciplined path from diagnosis to certification rather than a loose advisory relationship.
