A TINL-network organisation must first complete a mandatory quickscan by 31 July 2026, then apply within the window with a one-year activity plan, budget, and list of companies to visit. RVO reviews applications against the conditions, pays the subsidy as an advance, and requires a closing report and account of how the money was spent once the year-long project ends.
