RVO pays out the subsidy as an advance once it approves an application, and assesses each request against the programme's published conditions rather than through a scored or ranked competition. A total budget of 1,000,000 euros is available, with each award covering up to 75% of eligible costs and capped at 150,000 euros per application; the organisation covers the remaining share itself, from a

TRP is only for organisations that are already members of the Trade and Innovate NL (TINL) network — regional development companies and their partners that help Dutch entrepreneurs do business abroad. Funded activities are mostly company visits, plus a smaller share of trade events, fairs and missions with an international focus, in the Netherlands or abroad.
