About
Owners apply before starting any work or signing a contractor, then RVO processes complete applications in arrival order, running a lottery on days the budget is oversubscribed. Standalone measures get 20% of project costs (EUR 2,500-1.5 million); a full sustainability package gets 30%, or up to 40% for a high energy-performance result, capped the same way, with an advance paid after approval.
