OpenNetherlands Enterprise AgencyNetherlands

Owners apply before starting any work or signing a contractor, and RVO processes complete applications in the order received, running a lottery among same-day applications on days when requests outstrip the funds on offer. A decision typically follows within about thirteen weeks. Standalone measures -- up to three per building, chosen from a published list such as insulation, a heat pump or solar

DUMAVA is for owners of existing community buildings in the Netherlands — schools, government buildings, healthcare facilities, sports clubs, religious buildings, monuments and similar public-function property. It funds insulation, heat pumps, solar panels and other sustainability measures, either as up to three standalone measures or as a full package guided by an energy advisor's report.
