Nysnø co-invests directly into growth companies developing climate-friendly technologies, always as a minority shareholder (≤49%) and always on equal commercial terms alongside private co-investors who must hold ≥51% combined. The mandate covers any sector where Norwegian companies are reducing greenhouse-gas emissions. There is no formal application process or published call cycle. Access is bilateral — companies contact Nysnø via email or their investment team.
