Provides Akademia HR to support subsidy hr competency development training fers-funded polish firms.
Akademia HR (HR Academy) offers Polish enterprises an 80% co-financing subsidy for HR competency training and consulting services sourced from the Development Services Database (BUR — Baza Usług Rozwojowych). The programme targets HR personnel, managers, and employees designated for advancement, covering 15 competency areas addressing demographic change and labour market shifts. All enterprise sizes are eligible (micro through large) except self-employed individuals with no employees. Participants must contribute 20% of project costs and meet de minimis aid thresholds. The current rolling intake opened 25 March 2024 and accepts applications through 30 November 2026, with intake periods varying by operator.
