Ścieżka SMART
Helps Ścieżka SMART to support eu-backed grants polish small businesses fund full journey lab market.
Ścieżka SMART (SMART Track) is PARP's flagship FENG Priority 1 measure (code FENG.01.01), supporting Polish SMEs through the full R&D and commercialisation cycle. The programme funds both industrial R&D projects and the implementation of R&D results into the market, with support intensity of up to 80% for industrial research and 60% for development work under EU General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) rules. From 2026, the programme moved to separate calls for R&D projects and implementation of R&D results rather than the earlier modular structure. Multiple call windows run through the year: a first R&D window (February–March, PLN 700 million allocation), an implementation window (May–June), and a second R&D round (October–December). PARP administers only the SME track; the large-enterprise and most non-SME consortia tracks are run by NCBR.
