Ścieżka SMART – Implementation of R&D Results is a dedicated 2026 call administered by Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (PARP) under the FENG program (Priority 1, Measure 1.1, call code FENG.01.01-IP.02). The call funds Polish micro, small, and medium enterprises seeking to commercialise previously developed R&D results by bringing market-ready innovations to deployment. It was introduced as part of a 2026 structural reform that split the earlier modular Ścieżka SMART format into two distinct tracks: one for R&D projects and one for implementation. The implementation track is open exclusively to SMEs — large enterprises and consortia have separate NCBR-administered routes.

The call opened 14 May 2026 and closes 11 June 2026. Eligible SMEs must be conducting business activity in Poland and must be commercialising existing R&D results; the grant does not fund new greenfield research. The required innovation must meet at minimum national-level novelty. Per-project award amounts have not been publicly disclosed for this call, and applications are submitted via the LSI portal at lsi.parp.gov.pl. The broader Ścieżka SMART program supports aid intensities of up to 80% for industrial research and up to 60% for development work, subject to GBER and SME bonus thresholds.

Applicants should prepare by confirming their R&D results are documented and ready for commercial deployment before submitting. PARP's advisory line (801 332 202, Mon–Fri 8:30–16:30) handles pre-application questions. Scoring criteria and page limits were not published in the source documentation captured at ingest; applicants should download the full application guide from the PARP website before drafting. EU co-financing flows via ERDF under the 2021–2027 FENG framework, with funds disbursed in PLN.

Funds Polish SMEs commercialising existing R&D results by bringing market-ready innovations to deployment, under the FENG Ścieżka SMART implementation track.
