Development Services 4.0 (Usługi Rozwojowe 4.0)

Usługi Rozwojowe 4.0 (Development Services 4.0) targets entities registered in the BUR (Development Services Database) who want to create, expand, or sell new digitally-delivered training and consulting services. It reimburses up to 80% of costs for acquiring technology licences, including optional training or consulting directly related to the licence use. The total EU contribution to this call is PLN 30,849,852. Applications have been accepted on a rolling basis since February 2024 and the final deadline is 31 August 2026. Previous beneficiaries of this specific competition and entities with capital/personal links to the licensor are excluded. FERS Measure 01.03 (Modern economy workforce).
