PFR Starter
Supports Seed-stage fund-of-funds backing venture finance managers who invest in pre-revenue Polish startups.
PFR Starter is a seed-stage equity fund-of-funds program operated by PFR Ventures for VC fund managers, not for startup founders directly. PFR commits PLN 20–65 million per fund (up to 80% of fund capitalization); private investors must contribute a minimum 20%. Each portfolio fund then invests in pre-revenue early-stage companies with tickets up to PLN 5 million per company, with an investment period of 4 years and a disinvestment period of 4 years. Private investors receive a 2.5x profit asymmetry over PFR's return.
