PNCDI IV Program 5.7 — Partnership for Innovation (Parteneriat pentru Inovare)
Funds PNCDI IV Program - Parteneriat pentru Inovare Partnership for Innovation, industry-academia joint innovation work projects, innovation vouchers, and spin-off support.
Program 5.7 supports joint research-innovation projects based on public-private partnerships between business and the R&D sector. Sub-programs include: (5.7.1) Partnerships for Competitiveness — experimental demonstration projects (PED), knowledge transfer grants (PTE), innovation vouchers, cluster development; (5.7.2) Innovative Entrepreneurship — seed capital, business matching, incubator/accelerator grants; (5.7.3) Innovative Enterprises — pre-spin-offs, market entry, patent vouchers, 'Innovators & Entrepreneurs 300+' program; (5.7.4) Technology Transfer Support — twinning, expert training, technology transfer festivals. A new continuous-submission competition facilitating procurement of R&D services from research organizations by enterprises launched January 8, 2026 via uefiscdi-direct.ro.
