Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

Enterprise Singapore’s Productivity Solutions Grant supports Singapore SMEs that want to adopt pre-approved IT solutions and equipment to improve productivity and automate work. It remains active until EDGE launches in the second half of 2026, and it is one of the clearest state-backed routes for smaller firms that need to modernise day-to-day operations without building a custom system from scratch. The grant covers up to 50% of eligible costs, capped at S$30,000 per application. Eligible businesses must be registered and operating in Singapore, have at least 30% local equity, and stay within the usual SME limits on group annual sales or headcount. The funded solutions are pre-approved by Enterprise Singapore and partner agencies, and the program excludes delivery, installation, and administrative charges. Applicants must not have paid or deposited money to the vendor before approval, and the claim stage requires invoices, payment proof, usage evidence, and serial-number photos after the solution has been used for at least 30 days. The process is built for companies that can pick a solution, secure quotations, and complete the claim paperwork carefully. Applications move through the Business Grants Portal, and the public guidance expects a review period of about six weeks, followed by disbursement through PayNow Corporate or GIRO. That makes PSG a useful fit for firms that want a standardised, pre-approved purchase path rather than a bespoke innovation project.
