The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is an IT and automation adoption grant administered by Enterprise Singapore for Singapore SMEs purchasing pre-approved productivity solutions. The grant covers up to 50% of eligible costs per application, with a maximum of S$30,000 per application. Only solutions listed on the GoBusiness Gov Assist portal — pre-screened and approved by Enterprise Singapore and participating government agencies — are eligible for funding; bespoke or unlisted solutions do not qualify. Eligible costs include the solution or equipment purchase price; delivery fees, installation charges, and administrative costs are explicitly excluded.

Eligibility requires the applicant to be a business entity registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% local equity held by Singapore citizens or permanent residents, with group annual sales no greater than S$100 million or fewer than 200 employees. Charities, IPCs, religious entities, VWOs, government agencies, and registered societies are ineligible. A critical constraint is that no vendor deposit or payment may be made before the grant application is formally approved — doing so disqualifies the application. The 8-step process runs from identifying a pre-approved solution on GoBusiness, obtaining vendor quotations, and submitting via Business Grants Portal using Corppass, through to deploying the solution for a minimum of 30 days, paying the vendor in full, and then submitting a claim with invoices, payment proof, usage reports, and serial number photographs.

Application review takes approximately 6 weeks; disbursement after a successful claim is 14 working days via PayNow Corporate or approximately 8 weeks via GIRO. PSG will be subsumed by Enterprise Singapore's successor EDGE scheme, expected in the second half of 2026 — businesses considering a qualifying IT or automation solution should apply before the transition. The most competitive applications clearly document the productivity impact of the selected pre-approved solution on their core operations.

Adoption of pre-approved IT solutions and automation equipment by Singapore SMEs, reimbursed at up to 50% of costs and capped at S$30,000 per application, covering only solutions listed on the GoBusiness Gov Assist portal.
