Helix Immersion Programme
Supports full-time immersion placements for biomedical professionals moving from research roles into Singapore biotech and medtech companies.
The Helix Immersion Programme is a 12-month full-time on-job training fellowship that places biomedical research professionals into Singapore-based biotech and medtech companies. Participants are paid a stipend of up to S$7,000 per month by the host company; SGInnovate co-funds a portion of that salary cost. This is a talent programme for individuals — not a grant to companies. Eligible roles include DMPK/ADMET-Toxicology, CMC, Project Management, Product Development, and Clinical & Regulatory Affairs. Over 25 partner companies participate, including Allozymes, Axcynsis, Mirxes, and Vivo Surgical. Applications are submitted via SGInnovate portal with CV and educational certificates; decisions take 5–10 business days.
