Funds JR KOMPETENCE Entrepreneurship Skills Development, grants for Slovenian organisations delivering entrepreneurship training and practical mentorship at regional level.
JR KOMPETENCE 2025–2029 funds Slovenian organisations to deliver entrepreneurship competency-development activities — training, workshops, and mentorship — under the national Skills Development Program in Entrepreneurship 2025–2029. Funded providers deliver free services to end-beneficiary entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs. Active delivery is confirmed with GROW UP 5 cohort training (1–12 June 2026, delivered by Primorski tehnološki park) citing this programme. Funded via ESF+ cohesion and national budget.
