Strategic Product Support Program (Stratejik Ürün Destek Programı)

KOSGEB’s Strategic Product Support Program is a gated route for companies that have already been pre-approved by the Ministry through the Technology-Focused Industry Initiative. It is aimed at strategic product development, so the emphasis is on projects that have already cleared a ministerial screen before KOSGEB comes in. The program combines a 50,000 TRY independent evaluation grant that is 100% non-repayable with up to 10,000,000 TRY in personnel support that is 80% repayable. Both components run over 24 months. Only capital companies can apply, the business must be active in the KOSGEB database, and the route is open in Turkey on a rolling basis. The best fit is a company that has already been invited into the ministry-led process and now needs support to carry a strategic product through evaluation and staffing. Because access is conditional, the real edge is not broad eligibility but being ready with a company structure, a product case, and a development plan that matches the ministry’s invitation.
