TOP (Target Oriented Project / Güdümlü Projeler) funds pre-commercial technology demonstration projects in TTGV-defined priority areas. The Fall 2025 cycle focused on seven areas: Next-Generation Fuels, Clean Hydrogen, Carbon Capture/Utilization/Storage (CCUS), Sustainable Cement, Alternative Proteins, Energy Storage, and Battery Recycling and Second-Life Use. The program validates techno-economic parameters, collects qualified industrial data, and transfers research outputs to practice. The instrument is a repayable cost-share contribution, not a pure grant. The Fall 2025 General Assembly was held online on 2025-09-18 and that cycle is now closed; next cycle date is not yet published.
