Funds TTGV Target Oriented Project programs for pre-commercial climate technology demonstrations in Türkiye.

TTGV (Technology Development Foundation of Türkiye) operates the Target Oriented Project program — known in Turkish as Güdümlü Projeler — to fund pre-commercial technology demonstration projects in TTGV-defined priority areas. The Fall 2025 cycle focused on seven priority technology areas: Next-Generation Fuels, Clean Hydrogen, Carbon Capture/Utilization/Storage (CCUS), Sustainable Cement, Alternative Proteins, Energy Storage, and Battery Recycling and Second-Life Use. The program's stated goals are to validate techno-economic parameters, collect qualified industrial data, transfer research outputs to practice, and prepare the Turkish ecosystem for the net-zero transition.

The financial instrument is a repayable cost-share contribution — historically structured as a repayable, interest-free credit for consortium and demonstration projects — not a pure grant. No specific award amount in TRY or USD is published on the English-language program page. Eligible applicants include for-profit companies, nonprofits, universities, and research organizations operating in Türkiye; individual applicants are not eligible. Projects must fall within TTGV's declared priority technology areas for the relevant cycle.

The Fall 2025 cycle held its General Assembly online on 18 September 2025 and is now closed. The next cycle's opening date has not been published.
