Project Cybersafe Schools is Cloudflare's U.S. school-security program for small K-12 public districts, under Cloudflare Inc. It targets districts with up to 2,500 students and delivers Zero Trust email security and Gateway DNS filtering at no cost. The package includes Cloudflare Gateway DNS and the Cloud Email Security Advantage Package, with no time limit on the support. Cloudflare frames it as a technology protection mechanism that can also support CIPA compliance. As of 2025, the program covered 131 school districts across 30 states. The fit is tight and practical: a district must be in the United States, stay within the enrollment cap, and need defenses against phishing, ransomware, and harmful web access. Because the support is rolling and in kind, the main qualification is a real security need in a small public district rather than a broader education initiative. That makes it a fit for schools that need a practical control layer without an added procurement burden.

Each grant below is a distinct funding opportunity with its own eligibility, scope, and deliverables.
