JLABS Global Incubator Network
Provides incubator support for life science teams with shared laboratory access and coaching at JLABS locations.
JLABS is Johnson & Johnson's 'no-strings-attached' global life science incubator — no equity taken in exchange for residency. The network operates 8 physical and virtual sites across the US (San Diego, San Francisco, Cambridge MA via LabCentral, NYC), Korea, Singapore, China (Shanghai), and EMEA. As of 2026, 375+ JLABS companies have at least one deal or partnership with J&J. Residents receive capital-efficient lab space, access to 140+ investor firms through the Investor Hub, J&J scientific expertise via the JPALS programme, workshops, and networking. Cash funding is NOT part of basic JLABS residency — cash flows separately through layered QuickFire Challenges that JLABS residents may be eligible to apply for.
