SPRIND Funke Quantum-Driven Intelligence — Stage 1

Funds teams building use cases where quantum sensing makes an existing system measurably better.

OpenSPRIND (Bundesagentur für Sprunginnovationen)GermanyEUEuropean Economic AreaUnited KingdomIsrael

A SPRIND Funke: a short, two-stage competition for teams that can show what quantum sensing is actually good for. Teams pick their own use case. What SPRIND wants to see is an application that would not work, or would work far less well, without quantum sensing — in geology, climate, infrastructure, security or autonomous driving.

Stage 1 runs four months with up to 15 teams and up to €200,000 ea

Use cases where quantum sensor data — real or simulated — is combined with existing data sources to deliver higher precision, better predictions, more robust navigation or new forms of analysis.
