This is a Kick-start Activity run through esa-star under reference 1-1156. Applicants register on esa-star, download the tender documentation, write a proposal with a National Delegation Letter of Support where needed, and submit via esa-star tendering by the deadline.
ESA wants Kick-Start studies for space-enabled services that help manage and monitor natural capital -- land use change, sustainable forest and soil-carbon management, wildlife and biodiversity, and freshwater or marine ecosystems. Proposals should show how satellite navigation, communications or Earth observation data supports these monitoring or restoration efforts.
