This is a Kick-start Activity judged on team, market potential and space application, run through ESA-STAR under reference AO8872. Applicants register on ESA-STAR, download the tender documentation via EMITS, write a proposal with a Letter of Support from their National Delegation if needed, and submit via ESA-STAR Tendering by the deadline.
ESA wants commercial services empowered by space technology for preserving the environment, spanning agritech, horticulture, smart environment and clean tech, traceability and food safety, and apiary management. Proposals must use a space-derived technology such as Earth observation, satellite navigation, satellite communications, or spaceflight technologies.
