This is a Kick-start Activity coordinated with the ICT-AGRI-FOOD ERANET project, run through ESA-STAR under reference AO10535. Applicants register on ESA-STAR, download the tender documentation via EMITS, write a proposal with a National Delegation Letter of Support where needed, and submit via ESA-STAR Tendering by the deadline; the funding rate depends on SME status.

ESA wants Kick-Start studies for space-enabled agritech value chain applications addressing climate impact, biodiversity loss, soil degradation, water use, food safety and disease prevention, and fairer conditions for farmers, in line with the EU Common Agricultural Policy.
