This is a Kick-start Activity run through ESA-STAR. Applicants register on ESA-STAR, download the tender documentation via EMITS, write a proposal with a National Delegation Letter of Support where needed, and submit via ESA-STAR Tendering by the deadline; the funding rate depends on SME status.
ESA wants Kick-Start studies for space-enabled supply chain services covering smart shipping, green shipping and emissions tracking, safe shipping with real-time goods tracking, humanitarian shipping in hard-to-reach areas, and satellite-derived supply chain insights for traders and analysts. Proposals should use satellite positioning, Earth observation or communications data.
