This is an Open Competition Feasibility Study, run as an Invitation to Tender, under ESA-STAR reference AO10973. ESA wants feasibility studies on space-based applications that help cities plan, manage and monitor urban green and blue spaces -- parks, street trees, ponds and coastal zones -- covering their health status, their air-quality impact, and their integration into smart-city planning. A specific use case involves cities in Germany's Ruhr Area District providing data for the study.
