Horizon Space: Scientific Analysis of Space Data
Funds €1.5–2.5M teams mining space-science mission data — astronomy, heliophysics, solar-system exploration — into publications, tools and data products.
Space-science missions produce far more data than their instrument teams can exploit. This topic funds the analysis and exploitation of that data — from ESA, national-agency, university and even CubeSat missions — across astronomy and astrophysics, cosmology, heliophysics and solar-system exploration. Earth-observation data is explicitly out of scope.

Analysis and exploitation of data from science and exploration missions — astronomy, astrophysics, cosmology, heliophysics, deep-space and solar-system exploration — including CubeSat and small-satellite missions. Outputs are publications, higher-level data products, and processing tools and methods. Earth-observation missions are out of scope.
