AI Robotics Integration for Industry
Funds an €18M pilot to make AI-driven industrial robots easier to integrate, safer to deploy and reusable across factories.
Many factories can benefit from AI-driven robots but struggle to connect robot hardware, software, legacy systems and AI tools. This topic funds the missing integration layer: reusable methods and tools that help system integrators and companies deploy robotics faster and with less technical effort.

Develop and validate a deployable, modular integration framework for AI-driven robotics, with common software layers, standard interfaces, configuration templates and safe operating guidance. Demonstrate it through at least three real-world industrial pilots covering varied scenarios, company sizes, SMEs and larger manufacturers. Deliver an Integration Kit, reusable regulation- and IP-compliant datasets and benchmarks, a practical SME adoption guide, open standards and certification guidance. Use energy-efficient and carbon-aware AI, digital twins where useful, open robotics resources and AI-on-Demand assets, and allocate tasks for cohesion with ADRA.
