Analysing Europe’s global competitive position in Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) — its vulnerabilities, dependencies and opportunities across business models, supply chains, critical components, technology capabilities, infrastructure and regulation — and turning that analysis into stakeholder-validated future scenarios, quantified socioeconomic impact modelling, and governance, policy and business-strategy recommendations that strengthen the EU’s leadership, resilience and market position in CCAM. The work has to use AI-driven analytics and innovation-mapping tools for the competitive analysis, validate its scenarios through at least 3 Living Labs across different European regions, and quantify socioeconomic effects — employment, growth, equity, transport poverty — with integrated economic-transport modelling across Member States, sectors and demographic groups.
