Creating and maintaining an EU advisory network that equips impartial farm advisors to support young farmers and new entrants through farm start-up, takeover, early management and succession. The work covers advisor exchange, training, resources, courses, business plans and strategies, cross-border visits and internships, practical help on land, finance, technology, legal matters and sustainable farming, plus an EU-wide communication campaign. Proposals must use a multi-actor approach, link authorities and AKIS ecosystems, include at least 50% impartial advisors each spending at least half their time advising farmers, and plan long-term network maintenance.
