This action connects higher education institutions and research organisations with philanthropic organisations, venture investors, companies, technology-transfer offices and other ecosystem actors that can provide money, expertise, networks and real-world first users…
Build practical collaboration between higher education institutions, research and technology organisations, philanthropic organisations, technology-transfer offices, investors and companies to move developed research and technologies toward market. Support early-stage companies through philanthropic finance, expertise, networks and first-user testing; create living labs, test beds, incubators or accelerators; launch spin-offs with signed venture-funding deals; and demonstrate application or confirmed interest in a developed technology by at least one startup, scaleup or corporate. The coordinator must be an HEI, RTO or network, and the consortium must include at least three participants from three countries, including philanthropy.
