Running a single coordination project that connects Europe's Climate Adaptation and Disaster Risk Management communities: shared methodologies, aligned terminology, joint guidelines for regional and local authorities, and two European Climate Change Adaptation Conferences (ECCA) in 2028 and 2030. It funds the coordination, translation and dissemination work that connects knowledge already produced across both communities — not new adaptation or disaster-risk technology.
