SME Eco-Tech
Grants Romanian SMEs up to 40% of costs for green equipment, topped up by a bank loan.
Support has two parts: a non-refundable grant of up to 40% of eligible investment costs, capped around RON 267,240 (about EUR 53,000), with the remaining 60% or more coming from a loan a partner bank provides directly. The minimum eligible project value is around RON 668,100, so a smaller equipment purchase falls under the funding floor. The programme was originally launched for manufacturing SMEs…
The programme funds Romanian companies buying modern, energy-efficient equipment and environmentally friendly technologies — covering energy saving, renewable energy generation or use, and equipment for collecting, recycling and reusing materials. It is open to SMEs and micro-enterprises with fully private capital in manufacturing, trade and services, established by 31 December 2021 at the latest.
