EUREKA Network (Eurostars, co-funded by Horizon Europe)

Eurostars (Calls 10 & 11)

Co-funds R&D-intensive SMEs that team up with partners in other Eurostars countries to develop and commercialise a joint innovation.

A consortium submits a single joint proposal through the Eurostars portal, which EUREKA and each partner country's own national funding agency then assess together. Because the actual contribution rules and funding ceilings are set nationally rather than by Eurostars itself, the size of the award a given partner receives depends on which country they are funded from.

Eurostars backs multi-partner R&D projects led by small and medium-sized enterprises that need to collaborate with partners in other Eurostars countries to develop and bring an innovation to market. It is open to any sector, provided the project is genuinely cross-border and R&D-heavy.
