OpenBusiness FinlandFinland

This is Co-Research funding, open only to research organizations applying individually or jointly, running as an ongoing call from April 2026 through the end of 2030. Applicants must first discuss their project's content and implementation with Business Finland and the relevant leading companies' contacts before submitting, and funding decisions follow Business Finland's normal funding criteria.

Business Finland funds research organizations working on themes drawn from leading Finnish companies' published roadmaps -- the solutions, technologies and competences those companies say they need to hit their stated missions. Projects need international cooperation and at least three companies, which can include the leading companies themselves, on the project steering group.
