Real time monitoring of regulated and non-regulated emissions from all types of vessels and other port activities in order to enforce emission limits in waterfront cities
Funds real-time port and vessel emissions-monitoring technology demonstrated across six European ports.
Activities can start at any technology readiness level but have to reach TRL 7-8 by the time the project ends. Whatever data the project produces has to be FAIR -- findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable -- and proposals have to fully address the cybersecurity of any interoperable systems handling that data.
