Funds large fleet demonstrations of up to a hundred heavy-duty battery electric trucks running long-haul logistics across at least four EU corridors.

The Commission wants large-scale demonstrations of Heavy-Duty Battery Electric Vehicles equipped with Megawatt Charging Systems, run by multiple transport operators including SMEs, on long-haul routes averaging 600km or more, for over twelve months. It wants proposals to cover at least four European corridor segments in at least four Member States or Associated Countries, and to develop digital fleet-management and data-sharing tools alongside the demo.
