It is for businesses registered at Companies House or VAT registered that own or manage rental homes, flats, apartment blocks, or their common and communal areas. Eligible applicants include landlords, management companies, freeholders, public sector organisations, charitie…
The grant supports the purchase and installation of electric vehicle chargepoint sockets at residential properties, including flats and houses and apartment blocks. Parking spaces must be off-street, private and clearly defined, accessible to the tenant, and owned by the applicant or covered by a legal right. The grant cannot be given where installing chargepoints and/or infrastructure was a mandatory requirement.
