The grant supports the purchase and installation of electric vehicle chargepoint sockets at residential properties, including flats and houses and apartment blocks. Parking spaces must be off-street, private and clearly defined, accessible to the tenant, and owned by the applicant or covered by a legal right. The grant cannot be given where installing chargepoints and/or infrastructure was a mandatory requirement.
