This topic funds projects that help one of eleven specific research infrastructure projects named on the 2021 ESFRI Roadmap (including EBRAINS, SLICES, SoBigData++, MARINERG-I and EuPRAXIA) move from preparatory phase into full implementation. Proposals must state which of the eleven projects they target and should tackle bottlenecks such as membership growth, governance and legal setup, securing funding, data systems, or access policy. It is not open to research infrastructures outside this named list.
