IRC is looking for existing technologies or novel designs that increase compliance with the WHO's 5 moments for hand hygiene in healthcare settings without reliable running water or supply chains. Submissions can be at any technology readiness level, from early concepts through production-ready solutions, and must work in low-resource contexts worldwide.
