Impact Orbit - Skilling and Livelihood Innovations

Incubates for-profit and non-profit ventures building skilling and livelihood solutions for underserved Indians, with grants of up to Rs 12.5 lakhs for selected ventures.

Applicants submit an online form and pitch deck, go through internal review, a 1:1 conversation with the program team, and an external panel pitch, before due diligence and onboarding. Selected ventures get mentoring, fundraising readiness support and impact-measurement coaching over an 8-9 month incubation, and select ventures also receive a cash grant.

NSRCEL is looking for early- to growth-stage for-profit and non-profit ventures with a working product and early traction that create dignified, sustainable livelihoods, mainly in non-metro and rural India. In-focus areas are youth employment, future-ready skills, entrepreneurship and self-employment, rural income enhancement, and inclusive economic participation for marginalised groups.
