GENESIS EIR Cohort-3

Funds early-stage Indian tech founders with incubation, mentorship and grant support.

Applicants pick two preferred incubators from MeitY's empanelled GENESIS network, and a screening and evaluation committee allocates each selected applicant to one incubator based on preference, domain fit, and capacity. Placement brings incubation, mentorship, ecosystem access and networking, plus financial assistance channelled through that incubator, with no equity taken.

MeitY Startup Hub looks for Indian entrepreneurs, researchers, students and early-stage founders building solutions in electronics, IT, ICT, DeepTech, AI/ML, IoT, semiconductors, cybersecurity, blockchain, quantum, and AR/VR. Innovations should generally sit at TRL 2-4, from ideation through early validation, with a preference for founders based in Tier-II or Tier-III cities.
