The call backs community-led initiatives that try out new ideas, mobilise local communities, and pilot participatory methods -- including living labs and new governance models -- drawing inspiration from the New European Bauhaus. It also backs partnerships between communities, municipalities and other local actors delivering visible, place-based transformation in public spaces.
