RAMP Joint Transnational Call 2026

Funds transnational raw-materials research projects worth up to €2 million each.

OpenRAMP PartnershipEU

Only consortia can apply, never a single organisation, and at least two of the required three-country partnership must come from EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries. Each partner is funded by its own country's national or regional funder rather than a single central pot, and the funding rate a partner gets depends on that funder's own rules and the type of applicant — academia,

The call backs transnational teams tackling the raw materials value chain, from primary and secondary supply through design, production and circularity. Six predefined topics cover resilient primary supply, secondary-source recovery, efficient design and production, circularity barriers, putting circular-economy plans into action, and value-chain analysis methods. Non-fuel, non-food materials are in scope, tied to Europe's green and digital transition.
