Vinnova supports Swedish participants who are preparing an application to an already-published international research and innovation call, funding work to deepen and strengthen that upcoming proposal so it competes well internationally. Eligible fields follow whatever the target international call covers, since this grant only funds the preparatory work. A special effort goes to proposals targeting Horizon Europe in any specialisation, and a targeted effort supports projects that include partners from Brazil, Israel, Japan, Canada, Singapore, the United Kingdom, South Korea or Ukraine. EUREKA programmes such as Eurostars are explicitly excluded from this call.
