Looks for hardware and communications systems that detect Southern Resident Killer Whales and North Atlantic right whales in real time, using at least one above-water and one below-water sensor. Solutions should classify and display marine mammal locations so an autonomous or manned vessel can take proactive measures to avoid a strike.
